Manifesto

  • Rethinking my ceramic practice through sustainable innovation

I believe that creativity and sustainability should work together. I’m reimagining ceramics with a vision that honors both tradition and the future—where authenticity, imperfection, and nature coexist in harmony.

  • Shaped by Innovation, Rooted in Tradition

My work is a dialogue between traditional ceramic techniques and a commitment to creating objects with minimal environmental impact. I spend hours researching, refining, and perfecting a bioceramic material that upcycles organic waste while being compatible with traditional ceramic techniques. Each piece carries the depth of time-honored methods, yet pushes boundaries toward a more responsible art form.

  • Objects Designed to Return to Nature

Sustainability extends beyond the creation process. My decorative pieces are designed with a long-term vision: at the end of their lifecycle, they can return to the earth, naturally decomposing without harming the environment. Nothing left behind.

  • Wabi-Sabi: Embracing the Beauty of Imperfection

We celebrate the raw, the imperfect, and the organic. Every creation is shaped by its material, forming unique textures and unpredictable surfaces that echo the natural world. This is not mass production—it is a return to the authenticity of handmade art, where no two pieces are ever the same.

  • A Commitment to a Circular Future

Studio Novel is a movement toward mindful creation. I challenge norms, transform waste into resources, and integrate sustainable practices at every stage of the process. Each piece is an invitation to rethink the relationship between design, nature, and time.
